Important Refund Notice – Please Read Before Purchasing

This is a digital training program delivered online with immediate access upon enrollment.

You have a limited seventy-two (72) hour review period from the time of purchase to request a refund, provided you have accessed less than fifteen percent (15%) of the total course content and meet the eligibility requirements outlined below.

After the 72-hour review period, all sales are final.

Master Builder Academy also offers a Pass Guarantee based on continued program access and structured support — not cash reimbursement.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.


Overview

Master Builder Academy provides structured digital training programs delivered through an online learning platform.

Access to course materials is granted immediately upon successful payment.

Because this is a digital educational product, purchases are subject to the conditions outlined below.


72-Hour Limited Review Period

You may request a refund within seventy-two (72) hours of your original purchase date only if all of the following conditions are met:

  1. Your refund request is submitted in writing within 72 hours of purchase.

  2. You have accessed less than fifteen percent (15%) of the total course content.

  3. You have not downloaded restricted materials or proprietary resources.

  4. You have not initiated a payment dispute or chargeback.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.


After the 72-Hour Review Period

After seventy-two (72) hours from the time of purchase, all sales are final.

No refunds will be issued beyond the review window, regardless of:

• Course progress
• Exam outcome
• Scheduling conflicts
• Change of mind
• Personal circumstances


Pass Guarantee (Support-Based Only)

Master Builder Academy offers a Pass Guarantee based on continued program access and structured support — not cash reimbursement.

To qualify, you must:

  1. Complete 100% of required course modules.

  2. Achieve a minimum score of 85% on all required internal practice exams.

  3. Attempt the official CSLB examination within six (6) months of enrollment.

  4. Provide official documentation of your exam result.

  5. Submit your request within seven (7) days of receiving your result.

  6. Remain in good standing without initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

If eligibility requirements are satisfied and you do not pass, you will receive continued program access and structured support for up to twelve (12) months from your original enrollment date.

No cash refunds are issued under the Pass Guarantee.


Ineligible Refund Requests

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Requests submitted after the 72-hour review period
• Course access exceeding 15% of total content
• Change of mind after the review window
• Time constraints or scheduling conflicts
• Initiation of a payment dispute or chargeback


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

You agree to contact support before initiating any payment dispute.

If a chargeback is initiated:

• Eligibility for refunds is voided
• Eligibility for the Pass Guarantee is voided
• We may provide access logs, activity records, IP logs, and policy acknowledgment records to the payment processor


Course Access

Course access begins immediately upon successful enrollment.

Content may be delivered in staged format (content drip).

Unless otherwise stated, access remains active for twelve (12) months from enrollment.
