Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, purchasing, enrolling in, or using any course or service provided by Master Builder Academy (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Your acceptance of these Terms is required during checkout prior to payment processing.

If you do not agree, you must not purchase or use our services.

Important Purchase & Refund Terms

Master Builder Academy provides digital educational training delivered through an online learning platform.

Access to course materials is granted immediately upon successful payment.

You are entitled to a limited seventy-two (72) hour review period from the time of purchase to request a refund, subject to the eligibility requirements outlined in our Refund Policy.

After seventy-two (72) hours from the time of purchase, all sales are final.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to:

• Immediate digital delivery of course access
• The limited 72-hour review window
• The eligibility conditions required for refunds
• The Pass Guarantee structure (support-based, not cash reimbursement)

Educational Purpose Only

Master Builder Academy provides contractor license examination preparation education and related business training materials.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) or any governmental agency.

Completion of our course does not grant a contractor license.

No Guarantee of Examination or Licensing Results

We do not guarantee that any user will pass a licensing examination, obtain licensure, or achieve any specific business outcome.

Examination success depends on individual effort, comprehension, regulatory changes, and other factors beyond our control.

Testimonials or examples of student success are illustrative only and do not represent guaranteed results.

Pass Guarantee (Support-Based)

Master Builder Academy offers a Pass Guarantee based on continued program access and structured support — not cash reimbursement.

Eligibility requirements and conditions are defined in the Refund Policy.

Failure to meet those conditions voids eligibility.

No cash refunds are issued under the Pass Guarantee.

Account Registration & Responsibility

You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

Accounts are licensed to one individual only and may not be shared, transferred, sublicensed, or resold.

Unauthorized sharing may result in suspension or termination without refund.

Intellectual Property & License Grant

All course materials, including but not limited to:

• Videos
• Written content
• Assessments
• Downloads
• Graphics
• Branding
• Course structure and methodology

Are the exclusive intellectual property of Master Builder Academy.

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the materials for personal educational purposes only.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute materials
• Record or capture content for redistribution
• Upload materials to third-party platforms
• Share login credentials

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

Monitoring & Platform Integrity

We reserve the right to monitor:

• Login activity
• IP addresses
• Access timestamps
• Usage behavior

Suspicious activity, including account sharing or abnormal access patterns, may result in suspension or termination.

Payment Terms

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD).

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors such as Stripe.

We do not store full credit card information on our servers.

Access is granted only after successful payment authorization.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Master Builder Academy shall not be liable for:

• Examination failure
• Licensing denial
• Business losses
• Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the course.

Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution

You agree to contact support prior to initiating any payment dispute.

Initiating a chargeback may void eligibility for refunds and the Pass Guarantee as outlined in the Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to provide access logs, usage records, and policy acknowledgment records during dispute resolution.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California, United States.

Any disputes shall be resolved in California courts or through binding arbitration where permitted by law.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
